We are re-opening business for sales, service and parts on a reduced staff basis from 1 June 2020.
Your safety and the safety of our staff will remain paramount.
We are introducing social distancing measures for all customers, including a 2-metre separation, screens for close contact with staff, the provision of face coverings for staff and customers, and gloves. We shall sanitise main contact areas within vehicles (eg. steering wheels and handles) between drivers.
For test-drives (where a test-drive is required), we shall impose a one-driver policy in addition to a sales executive. The sales executive shall be sat in the rear of the vehicle upon commencement of the test-drive, with windows open where weather permits. Provided face coverings and gloves will be mandatory for this. Please remember to bring your driver licence.
We cannot allow while-you-wait facilities for vehicle servicing and repair. We would like to conduct over-the-phone payments for all work carried out by debit card where possible, and electronic transfers for larger sums (eg. vehicle purchase payment).
For vehicle purchase enquiries, we need to work to a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT basis to manage the numbers of people on the site at any
given time. This should also apply to service/repair bookings.
We shall initially work on a reduced opening hour basis. These are as follows:
Monday to Friday 9am-4pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday sales appointments may be possible, on a limited pre-arranged basis. Please speak to Kelvin on (01262) 672022 to arrange this.
