05 JANUARY 2021: We shall be temporarily closing the sales side of the business with immediate effect, in light of the new legal requirement from the Government to stay at home. However, the service and parts sides of the business will remain open during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and we thank you for your continued support. We shall re-open the car sales department as soon as we are legally and reasonably able to do so.
15 DECEMBER 2020: We shall be closing for Christmas at 5pm on Friday 18 December, and we shall re-open for business at 8am on Monday 04 January 2021. We should like to thank every customer who has shown us their support this year, and we would like to wish everybody a safe and merry Christmas!
03 DECEMBER 2020: We are fully re-open for business. Please ensure you make a scheduled appointment so that we can manage all of our customers efficiently and safely. 06 August 2020: FACE COVERINGS – in line with government guidance, please remember to wear a face covering when visiting the dealership.
Your safety and the safety of our staff will remain paramount.
We are introducing social distancing measures for all customers, including a 2-metre separation, screens for close contact with staff, and gloves. We shall sanitise main contact areas within vehicles (eg. steering wheels and handles) between drivers.
For test-drives (where a test-drive is required), we shall impose a one-driver policy in addition to a sales executive. The sales executive shall be sat in the rear of the vehicle upon commencement of the test-drive, with windows open where weather permits. Provided gloves will be mandatory for this. Please remember to bring your driver licence and wear a face covering.
We cannot allow while-you-wait facilities for vehicle servicing and repair. We would like to conduct over-the-phone payments for all work carried out by debit card where possible, and electronic transfers for larger sums (eg. vehicle purchase payment).
For vehicle purchase enquiries, we need to work to a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT basis to manage the numbers of people on the site at any
given time. This should also apply to service/repair bookings.
Saturday sales appointments may be possible, on a limited pre-arranged basis. Please speak to Kelvin on (01262) 672022 to arrange this.
